111pkr Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "111pkr" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 111pkr.net, operated by the licensed entity behind the brand.
• "Account" means a registered user account on the 111pkr platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in an Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded under specific terms and conditions that are distinct from real-money funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under 111pkr's compliance obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used across the 111pkr platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a sports event, casino game, or specialty game through a 111pkr Account.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, is self-excluded, is located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, or is otherwise ineligible under these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the 111pkr platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These Terms apply to all 111pkr services including sports betting, live casino, slots, Bingo Fishing, Limbo, and any other gaming product offered now or in the future.

If you disagree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 111pkr platform, close your Account, and withdraw any remaining Balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out herein.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To register a 111pkr Account you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity; (c) provide accurate, complete, and current registration information; and (d) not already hold an existing 111pkr Account.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one 111pkr Account. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or using a third party's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all funds therein where fraud is identified.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 111pkr login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. 111pkr will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4 Age Verification & KYC

111pkr takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling with complete seriousness. All 111pkr Accounts are subject to age verification. You must be 21 years of age or older to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the platform. This requirement is absolute and applies without exception.

4.1 KYC Documents

111pkr reserves the right to request the following documents from any Account Holder at any time, and in all cases before processing a withdrawal request:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method (front of JazzCash-registered SIM, bank statement header, or card image)
• Source of funds declaration where account activity triggers enhanced due diligence thresholds

4.2 Failure to Verify

Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of a verification request may have withdrawals suspended and gaming access restricted until verification is completed. 111pkr will not be liable for any inconvenience arising from such restrictions where the Account Holder has failed to respond.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

111pkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. All transactions are conducted in PKR unless otherwise specified. No currency conversion fees are charged by 111pkr on standard PKR transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Minimum Thresholds

The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amounts are both set at Rs 500. Maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified Accounts are typically processed within 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. 111pkr will not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

5.4 Own-Account Transactions

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 111pkr does not accept third-party deposits. Funds received from an unmatched source will be returned and the originating deposit reversed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

111pkr offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the promotion detail page at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to defined wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion's specific terms. Uncompleted requirements result in bonus fund forfeiture.
• Only one bonus may be active on a 111pkr Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 111pkr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend wagering requirements, or void bonus-related winnings where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation, or irregular betting patterns linked to bonus claims.
• Free bets are non-withdrawable. Only net winnings from free bets are credited to the real-money balance.

7 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 111pkr — including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, kabaddi, and all other sports markets — are subject to 111pkr's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted when a confirmation reference is displayed in your 111pkr Account bet history. 111pkr reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion, including where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

7.2 Void Bets

Bets may be voided and stakes returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, abandonment before the relevant result is determined, obvious pricing errors, or where the outcome cannot be verified. Void bet stakes are returned as real-money credit, not as bonus funds.

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) bets are subject to slight processing delays. 111pkr will not accept in-play bets on events where the result is already known, and reserves the right to void any in-play bet where a delay in processing resulted in a bet being accepted after the relevant event outcome was determined.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-event and accumulator winnings caps apply and are displayed within the bet placement interface. These caps are applied per Account, per event, and per calendar day as applicable.

8 Casino & Games

The 111pkr casino and specialty games section — including slots, live dealer tables (blackjack, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), Bingo Fishing, Limbo, and all other gaming products — operate in accordance with individual game rules provided within each game interface.

• All RNG-based games are independently tested for randomness and fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment operated on camera. Game results are final once the round is complete and cannot be reversed.
• Game malfunctions void all plays and wagers. In the event of a verified technical malfunction, affected bets will be refunded to the Account Balance.
• Jackpot amounts displayed in progressive games are indicative and may differ from the amount awarded at the time of a winning event due to real-time accumulation.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 111pkr platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one 111pkr Account
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information
• Using automated scripts, bots, or betting software to place wagers
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of sports integrity violation
• Abusing bonuses through systematic bonus hunting, arbitrage, or pattern wagering designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk
• Using third-party funds or payment accounts not registered in your name
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your Account
• Accessing the 111pkr platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under local law

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 111pkr platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data — is the intellectual property of 111pkr or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from any 111pkr content without prior written authorisation.

Your use of the 111pkr platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform's services for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights and is revocable by 111pkr at any time.

11 Privacy & Data

111pkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

111pkr implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and segregated data storage environments.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 111pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from: (a) technical interruptions or service unavailability; (b) delays in payment processing by third-party providers; (c) unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to secure your credentials; or (d) changes to applicable law that affect your ability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 111pkr's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. 111pkr's total aggregate liability to any Account Holder in respect of any claim shall not exceed the Account Balance held at the time the relevant claim arose.

13 Responsible Gaming

111pkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools that all Account Holders may access at any time from their Account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications when you have been playing for a defined duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend Account access for a period of 1, 7, 14, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 111pkr platform. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months and may be extended indefinitely on request.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the 111pkr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 111pkr holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan or any other applicable jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, or Account transaction, you must first contact 111pkr customer support to attempt resolution. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the complaint through the formal dispute resolution process outlined in the 111pkr Complaints Procedure, available from the support team on request.
